Weekly 90-minute
Zoom sessions
Interactive live group sessions filled with insights, practice and peer learning, and constructive feedback.
A maximum of 9 per group.

Daily Check-Ins & Tasks:
Build confidence incrementally. Staying connected, Q&A, celebrate wins, and get feedback in our private, supportive Facebook Group to reinforce learning.

Peer-to-Peer Support:
Connection with the other women in the programme for shared learning, support, and accountability.

I know what it’s like to feel voiceless. That was me, for many years. But, from hiding in a book as a painfully shy child to ending up, somehow, as a drama school graduate, actor, and director in my 20s, I learned a lot about how people work and how they work together.
By the time I trained as a Coach, I’d already found my voice and knew what I wanted to do with it.
